  2. We meet with key individuals to identify company strengths and opportunities, the competitive environment, the current culture, and future goals.

  3. We find out if there is a disconnect between what the company thinks its team needs and what the team is actually asking for. We do this by:

  • Sending out a questionnaire that we customize for each company we work with.


  1. Once the questionnaire is completed and we have all submissions, we review the responses and highlight the main areas where teams are looking for support.

  2. We report our findings to the company and give our suggested recommendations for moving forward and the types of curriculum that would be most beneficial.

  3. Once we receive the go-ahead to move forward, we plan out a customized learning and development curriculum based on the information we gathered in our discovery process.
