Caren Leaf, founder of Leaf Consulting, LLC is a clear communicator who listens.  As a conscientious Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach since 2016, she strives to build mutually respectful relationships. In this role she supports and mentors’ executive teams, Boards, managers, and individuals. Caren uses Gallup’s Clifton Strengths and Builder Profile 10 assessments. These tools support individuals, teams and partners to understand and leverage their own and each other’s strengths, helping to build agreement, resolve conflicts and maximize performance. In addition, Caren is certified by Procsi in the ADKAR system of change management.  The ADKAR and Strengths philosophies are consistent in helping organizations and teams recognize how change impacts each individual and the importance of supporting their transition throughout the change process. Caren has over 20 years’ experience in the public sector. Having worked within the Colorado Department of Human Services at an executive level.  In her leadership roles she worked closely with private, non-profit, faith-based, educational systems, and communities. Her knowledge of state government and systems is an area of competence and passion. Most recently she has worked with start -up companies in the tech area.
